ABSTRACT
Speaking about the sources of law means that we are talking about legal validity . This means that from a legal source can be used as a yardstick to see the validity of a law . Philosophically , could this suggest that the problem is the legal source of the deepest problems that always arise in the philosophy of law . This may be due to the close connection with the validity of the legal source of law . A law will not be able to bind the public and can not be said to be feasible if derived from sources that are not strong . Thus , the value of philosophy , the law would not exist, will not be created legal certainty and justice will not be achieved if there is no legal source .
