Pelaksanaan Suoervisi Model Cooperative profesional Development Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Profesionalisme dan Kinerja Guru di MAN 3 Aceh Utara
XMLABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi
supervisi model cooperative profesional development sebagai upaya peningkatan
profesionalisme dan kinerja guru di MAN 3 Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan
di MAN 3 Aceh Utara tahun 2018 dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif
kualitatif. Adapun rumusan masalah meliputi bagaimana perencanaan,
pelaksanaan dan evaluasi supervisi model cooperative profesional development
sebagai upaya peningkatan profesionalisme dan kinerja guru di MAN 3 Aceh
Utara. Subjek penelitian adalah pengawas, kepala madrasah, wakil kepala
madrasah bidang kurikulum dan guru-guru di MAN 3 Aceh Utara. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menyimpulkan
data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)
Perencanaan pelaksanaan supervisi model cooperative profesional development di
MAN 3 Aceh Utara dimulai dengan penyusunan program perencanaan supervisi
yang dilakukan pada setiap awal semester. Program perencanaan supervisi dibuat
sebagai acuan pelaksanaan supervisi meliputi: penyusunan jadwal pelaksanaan
supervisi, penyusunan instrumen supervisi dan penetapan guru senior sebagai
supervisor. (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi tersebut dilaksanakan oleh kepala madrasah
dan guru senior sudah berjalan dengan terstruktur dan sistematis. Adapun
langkah-langkah meliputi: penetapan jadwal, kunjungan kelas, tindak lanjut hasil
supervisi dan pembahasan di forum MGMP. Adapun pembahasannya meliputi:
profesional dialogue, curriculum development, peer supervision dan peer
coaching. Kegiatan supervisi tesebut dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dan
kinerja guru di MAN 3 Aceh Utara yang terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan
guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan
mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran. (3) Evaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi
dilaksanakan oleh pengawas dan kepala madrasah dalam rangka melihat sisi
kekurangan dan kelebihan supervisi yang selama ini dilaksanakan. Hasil-hasil
evaluasi tersebut dijadikan sebagai bahan untuk perbaikan dan pembenahan
pelaksanaan supervisi-supervisi model cooperative profesional development pada
semester berikutnya.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of
the supervision with cooperative professional development model in improving
the professionalism and performance of teacher in MAN 3 North Aceh. The
research was conducted in MAN 3 North Aceh in 2018 using a qualitative
descriptive approach. The problems in this research include how to plan,
implement and evaluate supervision with cooperative professional development
model in improvement professionalism and performance of the teacher in MAN 3
North Aceh. The subjects of the research were the supervisor and the principal of
MAN 3 North Aceh. The research informants were the vice principal areas of
curriculum and the teachers. Techniques of collecting data used in this research
were interviews, observations, and documentations. Data analysis was done by
reducing, presenting, and concluding the data that has been collected. The results
of the research show that: (1) Planning for supervision of professional cooperative
development models in MAN 3 North Aceh began with the preparation of
supervision planning programs conducted at the beginning of semester. The
planning was made as a reference for the implementation of supervision
including: schedule of supervision, preparation instruments of supervision and
determination of senior teachers as supervisors. (2) The implementation of the
supervision was conducted by the principal and senior teachers had been run in a
structured and systematic manner. The steps include: setting schedules, class
visits, follow-up to the results of supervision and discussion in the MGMP group.
The discussion included: professional dialogue, curriculum development, peer
supervision and peer coaching. The supervision could improve the
professionalism and performance of teachers in MAN 3 North Aceh. It could be
seen from the improvement of teachers' ability in planning, implementing and
evaluating the learning outcomes. (3) Evaluation of supervision implementation
was conducted by supervisor and principal of MAN 3 North Aceh in order to see
the strenght and weaknesses of supervision that had been carried out so far. The
evaluation results were used as material for improvement in implementation of
supervision with cooperative professional development model in the next
semester.
