ABSTRACT
Buying and selling online that occurs in the midst of society does not feel familiar
anymore done by all parties with all types of goods and forms offered. Consumers
can order it anywhere without exception the type of order in the form of food that is
chilled by each buyer, because payment transactions offered provide convenience for
consumers, namely buying and selling transactions with the COD (Cash on delivery)
system. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: 1) How is the
implementation of Cash On Delivery Transactions (COD) on online buying and
selling at Buffet Restaurants Ibnu Sirin Banda Aceh?, 2) How is the Islamic Business
Ethics review of Cash On Delivery (COD) transactions in buy and sell online at
Buffet Restaurants Ibn Sirin Banda Aceh? The type of research the author uses here
is a type of qualitative research with a field study approach, and data collection
techniques using interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it
can be concluded that: 1) The implementation of Cash On Delivery Transactions
(COD) on buying and selling online at the Ibnu Sirin Buffet Restaurant Banda Aceh
which is done through the goo-food application by downloading the application first,
then selecting the restaurant, selecting the menu , choose the COD payment system,
send orders and look for drivers online, then purchase food and deliver the location
of the buyer and will be paid directly between the buyer and the online driver for
payments previously made on food purchases.2) Overview of Islamic Business Ethics
on Cash On Delivery Transactions (COD) in buying and selling online at the Ibnu
Sirin Buffet Restaurant Banda Aceh in accordance with the principles of business
ethics and also has fulfilled all the multi contracts contained in it.
