PENGELOLAAN USAHA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA MENURUT PERSPEKTIFEKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Kasus Pedagang Kaki Lima Simpang Rangkaya)

ABSTRACT
Seeing various phenomena that occur in street vendors at Simpang Rangkaya, the
writer is interested in researching about street vendors at Simpang Rangkaya in
the form of scientific work prepared under the title: "Business Management
Strategies of Street Vendors According to the Sharia Economic View (Case Study
of Street Vendors Available at Simpang Rangkaya). " The problem in this study is
that street vendors have a very weak trading structure as this happens to street
vendors in Simpang Rangkaya both in terms of capital adequacy, equipment,
labor and sales locations and even their location is often a threat, so for making a
profit traders tend to do things that deviate as cheating. While the formulation of
the problems in this study are: 1) What is the behavior of culinary traders and fruit
traders at the Rangkaya intersection? The research method used in this research is
descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques such as
interviews, observation and documentation. And the research results obtained are,
First: Behavior of culinary traders and fruit traders at the Rangkaya intersection
from the research results obtained that fried food traders and fruit traders also do
not explain the concept of deviations committed such as fraudulent acts in serving
consumers, but researchers re-analyze with study or examine consumers and the
results of interviews that the author obtained with consumers said there was a
deviation in the sale of culinary fried foods and fruit sales. Then the fruit traders
often commit fraud by giving sweet things to taste but the goods sold are the
opposite. Second: In the view of Islamic economics strictly prohibits deviant
behavior carried out by culinary and fruit traders in Simpang Rangkaya. And the
author's suggestion in this study is for traders to maintain the values of the Islamic
economic order in it by not taking actions that are prohibited in trading.
