Kreatifitas guru merupakan kemampuan mengaktualisasikan dan mengekspresikan secara optimal segala kemampuan yang dimiliki dalam rangka mendidik dan
meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Keteladanan guru merupakan cerminan yang
dapat mempengaruhi perilaku siswa untuk meningkatkan minat belajarnya.
Sehubungan dengan perkembangan zaman setiap lembaga pendidikan Islam
dituntun untuk mampu mengembangkan potensi siswa dalam mencapai masa depan
yang berilmu pengetahuan dan berakhlak mulia. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas
yang menjadi pertanyaan penelitian dalam tesis ini yaitu, 1) Bagaimana kreatifitas
Guru Fikih terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XII di MAS Ulumuddin. 2)
Bagaimana keteladanan Guru Fikih terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XII di MAS
Ulumuddin. 3) Bagaimana implikasi kreatifitas dan keteladanan Guru Fikih
terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XII di MAS Ulumuddin. Berdasarkan
pertanyaan penelitian diatas tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kreatifitas
Guru Fikih kelas XII di MAS Ulumuddin. 2) Keteladanan Guru Fikih kelas XII di
MAS Ulumuddin. 3) Untuk menjelaskan kreatifitas dan keteladanan Guru Fikih
terhadap minat belajar siswa XII di MAS Ulumuddin. Untuk mempermudah
penelitian, tesis ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan menggunakan
pendekatan deskriptif kulitatif dan fenomenologi, dimana peneliti adalah instrumen
kunci. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, display data dan
verifikasi data. Kemudian tehnik penjamin dan keabsahan data dengan cara
Kredibilitas (derajat kepercayaan), Member check (Pengecekan), Triangulasi
(pertigasudutan), Tranferabilitas (keteralihan), dependabilitas (Kebergantungan)
dan konfirmabilitas (kepastian). Hasil penelitian tentang kreativitas dan
keteladanan guru fikih terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XII MAS Ulumuddin
dapat peneliti uraikan sebagai berikut: 1) Guru fikih tersebut sudah menjalankan
tugasnya dengan kreatif dalam mendidik siswa kelas XII MAS Ulumuddin, hal ini
dapat di buktikan dengan hasil belajar siswa selama ini. 2) Guru fikih selalu
memberikan suri tauladan yang baik kepada siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran
dan dilingkungan MAS Ulumuddin, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perilaku siswa
selama ini sudah berakhlakul karimah sebagaimana yang diharapkan. 3) Siswa
MAS Ulumuddin sangat bergairah mengikuti pembelajaran fikih dengan guru fikih,
hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan penerapan kreativitas dan keteladan dalam
pembelajaran dan dapat dilihat juga dari hasil akhir belajar sis MAS Ulumuddin.
Sejauh penelitian ini peneliti menemukan apa yang ingin dilihat di MAS
Ulumuddin yaitu, kreativitas dan keteladan guru fikih terhadap minat belajar siswa
pada kelas XII Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Ulumuddin Kota Lhokseumawe.

Teacher creativity is the ability to actualize and express optimally all the abilities
possessed in order to educate and increase student learning interest. Exemplary
teacher is a reflection that can affect student behavior to increase learning interest.
In connection with the development of the era of every Islamic educational
institution is guided to be able to develop the potential of students in achieving a
knowledgeable future and noble knowledge. Based on the above background that
becomes the research question in this thesis is, 1) how the creativity of Fikih
Teachers toward the interest of students of class XII in MAS Ulumuddin. 2) How
is the example of Fikih Teacher toward student's interest in class XII in MAS
Ulumuddin. 3) How the implications of creativity and exemplification of Fikih
Teachers toward the interest of students of class XII in MAS Ulumuddin. Based on
research questions above this thesis aims to know: 1) Creativity Teacher Fikih class
XII in MAS Ulumuddin. 2) Exemplary Teacher of Jurisprudence of class XII in
MAS Ulumuddin. 3) To explain the creativity and exemplification of Fikih Teacher
toward student's interest in XII in MAS Ulumuddin. To simplify the research, this
thesis uses Qualitative Method by using descriptive approach and phenomenology,
where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques by
observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of
data reduction, data display and data verification. Then guarantee technique and
validity of data by way of Credibility, Member check, Triangulation, Tranferability,
Dependability and Confirmability. The result of research on creativity and model
of fikih teacher toward student's interest in class XII MAS Ulumuddin can the
researcher describes as follows: 1) The jurisprudence teacher has done his duty
creatively in educating students of class XII MAS Ulumuddin, this can be proved
by student learning result during this. 2) Fikih teachers always provide good role
models to students during the learning process and the environment of MAS
Ulumuddin, this is evidenced by the behavior of students during this time have been
karmah as expected. 3) MAS Ulumuddin students are very passionate about
learning jurisprudence with fikh teachers, this can be proved by the application of
creativity and learning in learning and can also be seen from the final study of MAS
Ulumuddin students. As far as this research, the researcher find out what to see in
MAS Ulumuddin those are, creativity and examplary model of fikih teacher toward
student's interest in class XII Private Madrasah Aliyah Private Ulumuddin
Lhokseumawe City
